Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes through Firebase Authentication.

Game Progress Data

We store your game progress data in Google Firebase to enable your experience. This includes:

• In-Game Currency: Coins and eggs (by rarity)
• Session Statistics: Total focus minutes, sessions completed, focus streaks
• Creature Collection: Your owned creatures and their progress
• Customization: Owned backgrounds and current selections
• Streaks & Dates: Login streaks, last session date, last claim date
• Account Timestamps: Account creation date

This data is purely game-related and does not include personal information beyond your email address.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our App, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Statistics: App interaction data, feature usage, and session analytics.
• Crash Reports: Technical error information to help us improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App
• Save and sync your game progress across devices
• Track your focus sessions and creature collection
• Send you notifications related to your focus sessions (if enabled)

Data Storage

All your game data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a cloud-hosted database service provided by Google. This allows your progress to sync across devices when you sign in with your account. Firebase servers are located in secure data centers and comply with industry-standard security practices. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

App Store Information

Apple App Store (iOS)

On iOS devices, we respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Google Play Store (Android)

Our App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

How to Request Data Deletion

• The email address associated with your Flowkin account
• Confirmation that you want all your data permanently deleted

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
