Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Flowkin mobile application ("App") operated by Flowkin ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flowkin is a productivity application that combines focus timer functionality with gamification elements, including virtual creature collection and evolution. The App is designed to help users improve their focus and productivity through engaging gameplay mechanics.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or rewards

5. Virtual Items and Currency

The App may include virtual items, creatures, and in-game currency ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Subject to the terms of your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)
• Your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate permissions for payments

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, creatures, user interface, audio, and software, is owned by Flowkin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as quest names or custom tasks). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWKIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowkin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowkin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
